To report a concern or complaint on a 911 call, or to commend a Dispatcher for a job well done, please email the agency at 911@jeffco911.org. All concerns and commendations will be investigated and a response returned to you.
In the year 2023, we received twelve complaints against Dispatchers from agencies for which we provide dispatching services. All twelve complaints were founded: five were a failure to follow policy, one was a training deficiency, and six were inattention to detail. The incidents were handled by either disciplinary action against the Dispatcher or remedial training.
